CITY College gives the opportunity to employers from across South East Europe to recruit talented, well-educated graduates. Our graduates have exceptional and highly transferable employability skills backed with solid academic knowledge in their area of concentration.

We aim at building and maintaining close links between the academia and the industry. Through a rich industry-based curriculum and a wide range of extracurricular activities we develop our students’ employability skills in addition to knowledge gained from their subject disciplines.

Our Career, Employability and Enterprise Centre provides support to companies and organisations seeking to advertise vacancies, or develop closer links with our academic departments.

Presentations

We can arrange for you to deliver presentations about your organization and its opportunities to students and alumni.

One-on-one session

We can schedule for you at our premises individual interviews with students and alumni you have selected to meet. 

Annual Career Fair

The annual career fair is an excellent opportunity to meet with students and graduates from all the different departments, seeking employment or internships.

Skills developed regarding employability. Employers leading workshops are also welcomed.

Occupational talks and podcasts

This is a chance to talk to students or produce a podcast about your area of work.

Applications workshops and mock interviews

Welcomed approaches from employers who are willing to deliver sessions so that they assist students submit good quality applications and improve interview performance.

Taste of work opportunities

Work shadowing or training session for students or graduates. Sessions can last 4 hours each week for about four weeks and the employers are matched with a different student.

Alumni mentoring scheme

It enables you to share personal experiences concerning jobs and at the same time to expand your professional skills. Through our email-based mentoring scheme you are matched with a student with the aim of providing them with support and encouragement at the beginning of their career.
